நேரடி எழுத்தர் பயிற்சி காலத்தில் PTC இல் நடைபெறும் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறவில்லை என்றாலும் அவர்களை இரண்டு வார காலத்திற்கு PTC இல் நீட்டிக்க வேண்டாம் என்றும் ,இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்குள் மீண்டும் அவர்களுக்கு இரண்டு வாய்ப்பு கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற இலாகா உத்தரவு
