                   The Following Subjects may kindly be included for discussion in the meeting to be held on 22.06.2012.

 1.Request for reqularaisation of Dies-Non to the offcials to whom leave is not

    granted.

 2.Request to grant of leave to the offcials without any curtailment.

 3.Request to restore one SBPA  reduced in SB LAN by PM PLC Ho.

 4.Request to supply of one wooden stool to   Jawaharnagar.

 5.Request to repair the printers .eg..Tvl Pettai.

 6.Request to depute PA to Perumalpuram in the leave vacancy.

 7.Request for re opening of item 78/2011 & 17/2012.

 8.Request to relax the instructions issued to PM PLC for closing the

    Main gate  after 20.00 hours.

 9.Request to cause issue general instructions permitting cooly charges for

    Conveyance of heavy parcel to bos.

10.Request supply of Air blower to Alwarkurichi and Kadayam.

11.Request replace the UPS batteries of Ravanasamudram andKadayam.

12.Request supply of 3 tubuler chars to V.K.Puram so.

13.Request grant of permission to purchase 6 registers for stock books to

     V.K.Puram

14.Request supply of e Mos forms to All sos.

15.Reopening the item of 24/2009
