1)       Each organization has to identify the
 sensitive posts and effect rotation transfer on the
 post every 2 or 3 years to avoid development of
 vested interest by the people working on
 these posts.

2)        All Group B and ‘C’ officers dealing with vigilance, Staff, Building and procurement in the Circle HQ, Regional HQ and Postal Training Centre including divisional offices are classified as sensitive posts.
