Sub; Request for re-opening of postal canteen at palayamcottai – reg
On behalf of Tirunelveli division , we submit the following to our PMG
SR,for kind pursual and issue favourable orders.
The postal canteen at palayamcottai H.O. managed by our staff, was not
aised by the Audit party and the share capital a sum
of Rs 60000 was credited in to UCR
In this connection we put forth the following to our PMG ,to find the
soloution to function the canteen ..
In Palauamcottai H.O.campus the folloeing offices are situated.
1.
Palayamcottai head post office
2.
Supdt of post offices
3.
Postal store depot
4.
WCPTC
Totaly there are 150 employees
are working.The officials and the trainees from various divisions such as Tuticorin, Kanniyakumari Kovilpatti
are facing difficult for refreshment.
The trainees and officials have to walk for 200 meters for having a single
coffee.At palayamcottai premises , sufficient space is available to run the
canteen.
Hence we once again request our PMG
Madam, to look in to the matter personally and cause issue favourable orders to
allow and open the canteen at palayamcottai ho premises.
