Sir,

       Sub:- Subjects for Union meeting on 28.02.2014.

The following new subjects may kindly be included for discussion in the above meeting.

1.Request for sanction  of all GPF advances/withdrawals in the first week of every month

2.Request to grant leave to all  single handed SPMs on application  liberally without restriction.

3.Request to recall the PAs on long deputation at other offices from Tirunelveli H.O since there is acute shortage of PAs at TVL H.O and introduction of CBS.

4.The e Post bulk canvassing may kindly be done through Field Officers instead of by SPMs and indoor officials.

5. Request to supply one dining table to Sankarnagar S.O.

6.Request to supply one more system to Tirunelveli H.O.

7. Request to book bulk e Post at Divisional Office instead of at TVL H.O since there is shotage of PAs.

8. Request to pass CBS Hon Bills of Palayankottai H.O.

9. Request to attach one P.A to Burkitmanagaram S.O.

10.Request to impart training to officials not undergone single handed SPMs Training

so far  at WPTC, PLC.
