Already there is a company unveiled in Savings Bank Sector in Department of Posts,
in the name of IPPB Ltd.
Already Seperate Directorate was also unveiled viz. Parcel Directorate to seggregate
Potential parcel sector in the e-commerce area, that will lead to a separate Corporation.

“Now we are in the process of making it a separate Insurance Company under the Department of Posts. First, we will have independent strategic business unit… We should be able to do this in two years,” he said."
-ஏற்கனேவே போஸ்டல் பாலிசி 2012 திட்டத்தின் படி அஞ்சல் துறையை பல்வேறு கூறுகளாகி படிப்படியாக தனியார் கையில் ஒப்படைக்கும் திட்டம் மெல்ல மெல்ல அரங்கேறிவருகிறது .அஞ்சல் சேமிப்புகளை IPPB கம்பெனியாகவும் -E COMMERCE என்ற பெயரில் அனைத்து பிரீமிய சேவைகளையும் அதிக வருமானத்தை ஈட்டும் பார்சல் சேவைகளை உள்ளடக்கி பார்சல் இயக்குனரகம் அமைய போகிறது .அடுத்து அரசின் கண்களை அதிகமாக உறுத்திக்கொண்டு வந்த இன்சூரன்ஸ் பகுதியை தனி இயக்குனரகமாக மாற்றும் பணிகள் முடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன ..
போகிற போக்கை பார்த்தால் அஞ்சல் துறை அரசுத்துறையாக நீடிக்குமா ? என்ற அச்சம் நம்மை ஆட்கொள்கிறது .
