 அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே ! தோழியர்களே ! வணக்கம் .

இன்று நடைபெறும் மாதாந்திர பேட்டியில் அஞ்சல் மூன்று சார்பாக கீழ்கண்ட பிரச்சினைகளை விவாதித்திட கொடுத்துள்ளோம் .இவைகளை தவிர இதர பிரச்சினைகளையும் சேர்த்து விவாதிக்கவிருக்கிறோம் .இந்த மாதம் அஞ்சல் மூன்று மற்றும் அஞ்சல் நான்கின்  சார்பாக  தலா ஒரு தோழியர்  மாதாந்திர பேட்டியில் கலந்துகொள்கிறார்கள் .அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் சார்பாக நமது கோட்ட மகிளா கமிட்டி தலைவர் தோழியர் விஜயலக்ஷ்மி LSGPA  பேட்டை அவர்களும் அஞ்சல் நான்கின் சார்பாக தோழியர் ஜீவா பெல்சியா தபால்காரர் பாளையம்கோட்டை  அவர்களும் கலந்துகொள்கிறார்கள் .அதிகரித்துவரும் தோழியர்கள் எண்ணிக்கையை கருத்தில் கொண்டு தோழியர்கள் இதுபோன்ற அமைப்பு சார்ந்த கூட்டங்களில் பங்கேற்கவைக்கவேண்டும் என்ற நமது கோட்ட சங்க மாநாட்டில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் ஆர்வத்தோடு பங்கேற்கும் இரண்டு தோழியர்களுக்கும் வாழ்த்துக்கள் --அஞ்சல் நான்கு சார்பாக எடுக்கப்பட்ட பிரச்சினைகள் தனியாக தரப்பட்டுள்ளன ...தோழமையுடன் SK .ஜேக்கப் ராஜ் கோட்ட செயலர் நெல்லை

            Sir,

            Sub:    Subjects for monthly meeting -reg

            The following subjects may kindly be included for discussion during the monthly meeting.

1. Request to attach or depute one PA to Panagudi SO immediately . It is requested to consider the already increasing work burden and Adhar Enrollment/ updation works.

2. Since all the cash counting machines at Palayankottai HO are malfunctioning,  kindly arrange for the supply of 3 Cash counting machines.

3. Request for supply of  3 three new PCs for SB counters  and 1 PC for APM SB ll as the available PCs are quite old and worn out and in the stage of condemnation.

4. Network issues at Munanjipatti SO has to be resolved immediately. For months together,  the SPM completes his daily work at Palayankottai HO. Occupation of Quarters has to be suspended until Network connectivity get restored.

5. Request to safe guard the postal officials from the cruel hands of habitual complainants who are making complaints without any base/merit. Taking disciplinary action on the basis of petty complaints without providing proper infrastructure will demoralize the working force.

6. It is observed that the TA claims of the officials deputed from Vikramasingapuram and Ravanasamudram is being not considered on the ground that the distance between two stations is less than 8 kms. It is presumed sanctioning authority is relying on the distance through Google map. It shows the distance as less than 8 kms whereas the distance through public transport between the said station is more than 8 kms. It is requested to allow the TA Claim .

7. The pending transfer TA Bills has to be granted immediately (eg) C/o M.Asai Thambi .

8.. Revised schedule may be provided for the MMS drivers at the earliest , with suitable timings for breakfast and dinner breaks which was discussed and agreed by Divisional head  in previous meetings.
