            Sub:    Subjects for monthly meeting -reg

              The following subjects may kindly be included for discussion during the monthly meeting.

1.        Request early passing of Transfer TA Bill – c/o Shri. Vennikumar, PA, Tirunelveli Pettai who was repatriated from APS during the year 2017.  It is requested to accord priority in passing his Transfer TA as per the instructions pertaining to the officials served in APS.

2.        Shri. Vennikumar, PA, Tirunelveli Pettai was deputed to APS on 29.09.1997 as Group D and promoted as Postman w.e.f 02.06.2005 as such he eligible for the old pension scheme.  In this regard, he had already submitted a representation to D.O.  But still then 10% contribution under NPS is being deducted.  It is requested to dispose his representation early.

3.        As per the recommendation of the 7^th CPC, Treasury allowance was subsumed with ‘Cash handling allowance’ vide Dte F No. 4/6/2017-Estt (Pa-II) and hence it is requested to draw cash handling allowance to all SPMs of B & C Class offices and Treasurers under Tirunelveli Division w.e.f 01.07.2017.

4.        Request supply of separate scanner for Aadhaar Enrolment/updation at Tirunelveli HO.

5.        Request to consider the transfer requests of the officials pending at D.O for transfer/deputation at their choice.

6.        There is acute shortage of staff in this Division and the Time Scale PAs are manning the LSG/HSG-II/HSG-I Posts as such drafting PAs for canvassing/target team and attaching to Sub Division  Hence, it is requested to utilise the services of the willing GDS staff for canvassing/target team and they are the right person to target the rural population.

7.        Request to service the Generator of Ravanasamudram S.O. Which is under repair and not working     from the last three months and the UPS back up is also not good .In the CSI environment it is much difficult to work in the office during the frequent power failure.

8.        .Request fill up the vacant PA post of Pottalpudur and Pattamadai. Both the offices are running by single handedly in a years together.

9.         Request to supply of one new system to Tirunelveli Collectrate P.O.

10.    Request arrange to shift the PO building of Ambasamudram Angadi S.O. since the accommodation is very less and there is no basic amenities in the present building.

11.    Request to shift the PO building of Manimuthar Project S.O. since the roof of the building is in leaky condition and unsafe.

12.    Request to address the landlord of Brahmadesam S.O. to carry-out the repair work of the restroom attached with the building.

13.    Request to supply of sufficient A4 papers to all sub offices
