Sub;- Request to post at least two O.As to Postal Stores Depot, Tirunelveli 627002  reg.

    Sir,

The sanctioned strength of Office Assistants posts at Postal Stores Depot, Tirunelveli 627 002 is 13 + 2 . At present onlyly 8 O.As are working at PSD, Tirunelveli. Now, 2  O.As have been transferred under Rule 38 to other divisions. Therefore only 6  O.As are working in the PSD.  The work at the PSD can not be managed by the excising 6 O.As.

It is requested that at least 2 O.As may kindly be posted at PSD, Tirunelveli immediately from neighboring divisions considering the acute  shortage of O.As at the PSD, Tirunelveli.

 I hope the R.O will do the needful immediately.
