The following subjects may
kindly be discussed in the ensuimg monthly meeting
1.Request for re-fixation of correct
seniority in the DGL c/o Sri.S.Muthumalai PA TirunelveliHO
2.Early convene the DPC for MACP I&II
3.RT2015 Notification may be issued
early.
4.Request to grant treasury allowance to
Tirunelveli Town &Vannarpettai for the period of 2011-2012
5.SB/RPLI Canvassing may kindly be done
through field officers instead of by PAS/ SPMS and indoor officials
6.The posts of TR/ATR,Tirunelveli HO may
be filled up immediately for which willingness were already called for.
7.Request to provide defender plus to Ambalavanapuram
8.Request to supply one printer to Papanasam
mills.
9.Request to sanction SB allowance to
Kadayam SO
10.Request to take necessary steps to avoid
contamination of water withsewage water at Ambasamudram HO.
11.Request to Provide Permanent DSM to
Ambasamudram.
12.Request to replace UPS OF
alwarkurichi SO
13.Request to adopt uniform policy in
ordering deputation.
