LSG பதவி உயர்வில் மற்ற கோட்டங்களுக்கு ALLOTMENT செய்யப்பட்ட 12 ஊழியர்களையும் மீண்டும் நமது நெல்லைகோட்ட்டத்திற்கு REALLOTMENT செய்திட கோரி கோட்டநிர்வாகத்திற்கும் நமது மாநில சங்கத்திற்கும் நேற்று கடிதம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது .மேலும் மாநில சங்கத்தில் இருந்து சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஊழியர்களும் தனித்தனியாக REALLOTMENT கேட்டு விண்ணப்பித்து அதன் நகலை மாநில சங்கத்திற்கு அனுப்பும்படி நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது .ஆகவே REALLOTMENT குறித்த மாதிரி கடிதம் உங்களுக்காக அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது .

A kind reference is invited to the above
references.
As per the Memo cited (1), 34 officials in
PA cadre from Tirunelveli Division have been promoted to LSG cadre. Out of which, 12 officials have been
allotted to Kovilpatti and Tuticorin Division.
Remaining 22 Officials have to be posted in the existing vacant posts in
Tirunelveli Division.
Subsequently
as per reference (2) there are 9 posts from HSG II have been downgraded into
LSG in Tirunelveli Division.
Hence,
this union urges the SSPOs Tirunelveli Division to take appropriate action to
cause re-allotment of officials posted to Tuticorin and Kovilpatti Divisions
and be posted in the LSG posts of Tirunelveli Division.

PMG, Sir.
I am working as Postal assistant in -----------------HPO,
Tirunelveli Division under Southern region. I got Promotion LSG cadre .With respect to the reference cited above, --------------Division is allotted to me
Consequent up on the Postmaster cadre merged with
general line there are nine posts from HSG II have been downgraded in to LSG cadre
in my parent Division (ie) Tirunelveli
Hence, I humbly request that kindly consider my
request and please re allot me Tirunelveli Division for which act of kindness, I
will be grateful to you sir
