Sir,

            We bring  the following for SP’s kind notice and  change to original schedule .

             Due to the revised MMS schedule, the second mails at all offices are received beyond 11.00 A.M and it could not  be included for delivery. Also ordinary tapals are  received  very late and could not be delivered. Due to this the Postmen are returning very late. SPMs and staff  have to wait beyond their working hours. Hence the revised schedule creates many problems.  It is requested that the revised  DMMS schedule may be kept in abeyance and original schedule restored immediately.
