Dear Comrade,

Sub:- Request to intervene in the action of the PMG, Southern Region in thereatening the employees   Participating in the One day Mass Dharna   of GDS Union  to be held on 05.08.14 –reg.

I  bring the following for kind notice and early action..

As per the All India call of our Union it is proposed to hold One day Mass Dharna infront of Regional Offices  on 05.08.14. The SP Tirunelveli   has issued circular to all units  under the jurisdiction not to grant any kind of leave to the Employees on 05.08.14 and if any leave is granted on that day the Postmaster/ Sub Postmaster will be held responsible for relieving them violating the orders of the PMG, S.R, Madurai. Hence the officials agitate against the orders of the PMG. The fundamental rights of the employees are refused in a bad manner.

It  is requested  to intervene in the action of the PMG,S.R, Madurai harassing the employees may kindly be stopped immediately.
