Sub:- Request to conduct Union Monthly Meetings every month regularly by SPOs, Tirunelveli

         Division, Tirunelveli-reg.

I  bring the following for kind notice and early action..

The last Union Monthly Meeting with SPOs, Tirunelveli Division, Tirunelveli was held in April 2014. The Union Monthly Meeting with Divl Head has not been held for the past three months. The grievances of our members could not be settled due to non conducting of the meeting. Also our members request the Union to settle the grievances immediately in the Union Monthly Meeting.

I request  the PMG Madam to instruct the SPos, Tirunelveli   to conduct Union Monthly Meeting

Regularly.
