                          சுதந்திர தின விழா 2014-வாழ்த்துக்கள் 





இந்த ஆண்டு சுதந்திர தின நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்துவது குறித்து கோட்ட 
நிர்வாகம் அனுப்பிஇருக்கும்   கடிதம் உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு தரப்படுகிறது .ஒவ்வொரு தலைமை அஞ்சலகத்திலும் ஒவ்வொரு ASP  கொடி ஏற்றுவதாக இதில் கூ றபட்டுள்ளது .இதில் நமது கருத்து என்னவென்றால் ஒவ்வொரு தலைமை அஞ்சலகத்திலும் அந்தந்த POSTMASTER  கள்  கொடி ஏற்றி வைப்பதுதான் முறையாகவும் இருக்கும் .மரபாகவும் இருக்கிறது .கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் எங்கள் கோரிக்கையை பரிசீலிக்க வேண்டுகிறோம்

IP/ASPs of Sub Divisions.

PMs/SPMs,

Circle Office has issued directives to celebrate the

Independence Day 2014 on 15.08.2014 by

planting Tree or/and Fruit Saplings at the vacant

places of Departmental Buildings and at vacant sites. 

In this connection, following orders are issued:

a) All Staff of Departmental Buildings should present

at the respective offices and PMs/SPMs to take action

to plant Tree Saplings or Fruit Saplings at the vacant

places of their POs. For guidance contact Shri.KG

Gurusamy, PRI (P) Palayankottai ( Mob: 9442951585)

who has been asked to arrange saplings for the POs.

b) Flag Hoisting should be compulsorily arranged 

to be held at Tirunelveli HO, Palayankottai HO and

at Ambasamudram HO. All Staff of HO of all cadres

should compulsorily attend the flag Hoisting on 15.08.2014

at 0800 Hrs. PMs should take immediate action on 

14.08.2014 itself and ensure presence and participation of

all staff on Independence Day without fail. Failure to

attend Independence Day will invite serious action.

c) ASP Tirunelveli Sub Division, is directed to hoist

flag at Tirunelveli HO. ASP Ambasamudram

HO is directed to hoist flag at Ambasamudram HO.

At Palayankottai HO, All remaining ASP s will attend.

IP Vallioor will be present at Vallioor and do the needful 

for planting of saplings at Vallioor SO on the date (15.08.2014)

 

d) ASP HQ, ASP OD and all staff of Division office will 

participate in the flag hoisting and tree sapling at

0800 Hrs on 15.08.2014. All should attend without fail.

Shri.P.Annamalai, OA DO and Shri.Kuthalingam OA

DO will co ordinate all the activities of all the above

offices and put up status report of preparedness to SPO

on 14.08.2014 by 1500 Hrs without fail.
