            Sub:     Subjects for monthly meeting –reg

              The following subjects may please be taken with monthly meeting for discussion.

1.    Supply of 60 kV Generator to Palayamkottai Ho

2.     Request  for Implementation of Directorate Letter dtd 07.01.2016 regarding Business hours in Post offices-( Pl refer this union letter dtd 09.02.2016)

3.    Request to supply one system to Maruthakulam SO ,which was diverted from Maruthakulam on 20.08.2015.

4.    Request to issue orders for uniform working hours of Town S.O.s from 09.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs.

5.    Request repair of Pass Book Printer available at Tirunelveli H.O.

6.    Request to supply A 4 papers to all the SOS as per their requirements.

7.    Request to follow uniform procedure for deputation from all OFFICES.

8.    Request to issue RT notification for PAs for the year 2016 early.

9..   Request to issue posting orders for Treasurer post,  for which volunteers have already been called for.

10.  Attachment of one additional P. A to Gangaikondan S.O and augmentation of  Staff (P.A) to   the office   ( Pl refer this union letter dtd 09.02.2016 )

11.   Request for depute/attach one PA to Pappakudi S.O.(Pl refer this union letter       dtd 04.02.2016)

 

12.  Requsest augmentation of PA staff at Perumalpuram SO and  Maharajanagar SO.

13.  Request to avoid frequent deputation from heavy workload offices 0

14..  Request to provide the existing room near sub a/c branch  at Palayamkottat HO for the use of dining room for ladies staffs and provision of one washbasin is required.
