  The subjects for monthly meeting is sent herewith for discussion during the monthly meeting-

1.Early fill up the vacant post of PA Maharajanagar to manage the day to day work.

2 Due to abnormal workload ,Request for maintaining 1+4 at perumalpuram SO

3..Supply of one dot matrix printer.(now available at only one printer).to Cheranmahadevi SO

4..Supply of one barcode scanner toCheranmahadevi SO

5.  Request to take immediate measures to resolve connectivity problems occuring in CBS migrated signle handed SOs. 

6. Request not to disturb the PAS at B CLASS SOS  regarding deputation.  Since all the SOS is CBS migrated and it has More BOs with heavy transactions.

7.Request call for flood advance applications from our staffs for assigning the amount required.

8.Issue of early orders for revision of revised allowance for sweeper/water careier in our division videAPA/8-15/2015 dtd 01.09.2015 CPMG Chennai

9.Request for issue of early conformation orders c/o sri.Balasubramanian Driver DMMS Tirunelveli

10. .     The mails received at New Bus stand from Tuticorin to TVL RMS may kindly be conveyed  by Tirunelveli Rms

11.Request to grant  C Off to the MMS drivers working in Sivagiri schedule since the drivers are working morethan 16 hours.
