     The following subjects may please be included in the ensuing monthly meeting.

1.     Request to sanction of SB allowance to Tirunelveli Collectorate S.O

2.     Engagement of short duty PAs to manage the heavy work load

3.     Supply of scanner stand to Tirunelveli Town S.O

4.     Attachment of one additional P.A to Perumalpuram S.O

5.     Supply of one computer table to kulavanigarpuram S.O

6.     Early passing of incentive bills of Nodal offices (Tirunelveli  H.O staff)

7.     Passing of Treasury allowance of Melapalayam S.O w.e.f.6.8.2011

8.     Regularization of sending officials for training at Madurai and Palayankottai. It is creating much workload due to depleted staff strength while sending officials for training to the above centres from the same office (Eg. Sankar Nagar S.O)

9.     Supply of extracts of establishment Register in P.A cadre from 2005 onwards

10.   Supply of Computer table with almirah to Samadanapuram S.O

11.   Supply of Computer table with chair to Vijayanarayanam Navas Base S.O

12.   Request to change deputation period for Nalumukku S.O from three months to one month

13.   Request to dequarterisation of Kallidaikurichi S.O building since the quarters is unfit for occupation as a portion of the office is earmarked as quarters which is separated by a hard board

14.   Request to adopt uniform policy in ordering deputation

15.   Conversion of Nalumukku S.O into B.O
