              Sub:   Subjects for monthly meeting –reg

              The following subjects may please be taken up  with  monthly  meeting for discussion.

       

1. Training period may kindly be taken into counting for service in r/o TBOP/BCR those who were under went PA induction training prior 01.01.1986

2. Request to attend the repair works for water connection  provided at Palayamkottai.

3. Request to supply sufficient quantity of pay-in-slips and RBT Registered Bag labels to all SOs and HOs.

4. Request to supply A4 paper rim to all the CBS offices periodically since all the report are to be taken in CBS offices in A4 sheets.

5. Request to exhibit revised working hours board  of stamp counter at Palayamkottai HO

6.Unordinary delay in repair of MMS van –Tirunelveli to sivagiri  

7.Request to  take immediate steps for sparing one mail van from MMS  Madurai .

8.Please re-open the  following pending subjects

(a)provide one dining room  for ladies staff at Palayamkottai

(b) Request supply of 4 chairs to manur .S.O  (item no 39/2016)

( c) Request to depute  one senior PA ,as SPM Idaiyankudi since  the present incumbent having less than two year service is working as SPM Idaiyankud

(d)Request to re-bulid the demolished gents toilet at Tirunlveli HO

(e)Request to supply one small size cash counting machine to bigger SOs.

9.Request to carry out the maintenance work of   Toilet immediately at Ambasamudram HO.
