            யாருக்கும் பயன்படாத MMS  Schedule 
           தூக்கமின்றி துயரத்தால் துரத்தப்படும் ஓட்டுனர்கள் 
          தேவை இல்லாமல் இரவு ஏழு .எட்டு மணிவரை காத்திருக்கும் SPM                தோழர்கள் 
          தேவை MMS  Schedule இல் மாற்றம் ! இது குறித்து கோட்ட சங்கம் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு கொடுத்த கடிதம்

R espected Sir,

Sub;- Request for immediate alternate arrangement for MMS schedule not functioning now –reg.

The MMS schedule at Tirunelveli Division operated through Auto is not functioning for the last 4 weeks. The auto sent to MMS ,Madurai has not been returned back after repair. Therefore only one schedule through MMS Van is operated including the 5 hours auto schedule with additional duty.The above arrangement causes the following;-

1.The second mails received through Nellai Express are received very late in the morning and mails could not be included for delivery on the same day.

                                                                                                     

2.Due to late coverage of present MMS schedule in the evening beyond 06.30 P.M to the Sub offices, the SPMS have to  wait idle beyond the working hours of the S.O for dispatch of mails through MMS.

3. The  drivers of MMS has to work more than 8 hours in the present arrangement schedule .

4. The MMS van has to wait for 2 hours daily in the New Bus stand to receive mails of Tuticorin for conveyance to TVL RMS.

In order to outcome the above issues it is requested that following arrangements may kindly be ordered immediately

1.      Instead of the present mail schedule, it is requested that the schedule may kindly be operated by engaging   private van as operated in the previous periods.

2.      The mails received at New Bus stand from Tuticorin to TVL RMS may kindly be conveyed  by the private van arranged as noted in the above para..
