ஊதியக்குழு பரிந்துரையில் எல்லோருக்கும் உயர்வு சமமாக  இல்லை .சராசரி 14 மடங்கு கீரேடு  பே என்றால் கடைநிலை ஊழியர்களுக்கு 1800x 14= 25200 வரவேண்டும் .பழைய  கீரேடு  பே 10000 வாங்குபர்களுக்கு 14.42மடங்கு  உயர்வு MTS ஊழியர்களுக்கு 10மடங்கு 1800X 10 =18000 .பழைய  கீரேடு  பே 4200 வாங்குபவர்களுக்கு 8.42 தான் உயர்வு .எப்படி பார்த்தாலும் நமக்கு மட்டும் கூடமறுக்கிறது இந்த கணக்கு !
