Sub;     Subjects to be discussed in the Union monthly meeting to be held on 29.12.15  –reg.

The following new subjects may kindly be included for discussion in the above monthly meeting.

1.  Request to fill up the post of Accountant, Palayankottai H.O early.

2.  Request to carry out the maintenance work at Gents Dining Hall, Palayankottai H.O.

3. Request to fill up the post of Treasurer, Chermadevi S.O early.

4. Request to pass the Honorarium Bill of TNPSC  Exam early.

5. Request to issue the transfer orders of P.As finalized in the  Transfer Committee held on 15.12.15.

6. Request to supply the minutes of the Transfer Committee held on 15.12.15.

6. Request to issue the order of LSG cadre at D.O level which was recently issued by R.O.

7. Request to make arrangement for early receipt of second mails in the morning at all Town H.Os and S.Os since the mails are received very late and could not be delivered on the same day.

8. Request to engage private auto for dispatch of mails in the evening by all Town H.Os and S.Os since the officials working at the H.O/ S.Os have to wait more than 2 hours daily in the evening beyond their working hours

9. Request to repair the Pass Book Printer to Tirunelveli H.O.

10..  Request to grant advance to TA to the officials who have deputed to Manjolai SO        & Nalumukku SO.

11.. Request to grant early sanction for cleaning of walls and trimming of trees in the          Ambasamudram HO premises.

அஞ்சல் நான்கு சார்பாக கொடுத்திருக்கும் பிரட்சினைகள் 
1.பாளையங்கோட்டை HO விற்கு கூடுதலாக இரண்டு Scanner வழங்கவேண்டும். .
2.பாளையங்கோட்டை HO வில் காலை Duty க்கு வரும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு பிரிண்டர் சரி செய்து தர வேண்டும் .
3.புதிய கணக்கெடுப்பின் படி வீகேபுரம் அஞ்சலகத்திற்கு ஒரு தபால் காரரை நியமிக்க வேண்டும் .
4.மகாராஜநகர் அலுவலக வேலைப்பளுவை கணக்கில் கொண்டு  KTC நகர் அஞ்சலகத்தை பட்டுவாடா அலுவலகமாக (1+ 2) தரம் உயர்த்த வேண்டும் .
5. ஊதிய வித்தியாசம் உள்ள ஊழியர்களுக்கு .Stepping up pay வழங்க வேண்டும்உதா S.ஆறுமுகம் தபால் காரர் பாளை )  .
6.Full timeCLR பணிக்காலத்தை Pensionary சலுகைக்கு சேர்த்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் (.உதா .எல்லம்மாள் MTS பாளை )
7.மகாராஜநகர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு ஒரு Sorting போஸ்ட்மன் பதவி உருவாக்கப்பட வேண்டும் (தற்சமயம் 18 பீ ட்டுகள் உள்ளன )
8.கடந்த தேர்வில்OBC  பிரிவில் தேர்ச்சி யாகி  பின்பு நேரடி PA  ஆக சென்ற பதவியை அடுத்த மதிப்பெண் எடுத்த ஊழியரை தபால் காரராக பதவி உயர்வு வழங்க வேண்டும் .
9.நமது கோட்டத்தில் அனைத்து தபால் காரர் /MTS களுக்கு சீருடைகள் வழங்க வேண்டும் .
10மெயில் ஓவர்சீயர் /CO களுக்கு குறைந்தபட்ச  CELL BILL வழங்க வேண்டும் .
11.விடுபட்ட அனைவருக்கும் CMA வழங்க வேண்டும் .
12.திருநெல்வேலி /பாளை /HO  CO களுக்கு  CASH BAG புதிதாக வழங்க வேண்டும் .
13.தபால் காரராக Officiating பார்த்த MTS ஊழியர்களுக்கு அடுத்த Grade pay இல் ஊதியம் வழங்க வேண்டும் .
14.தபால் காரர் /MTS ஊழியர்களுக்கான இடமாறுதல் கமிட்டி உடனே அமைக்க வேண்டும் .
 கீழ்க்கண்ட நிர்வாகிகள் பேட்டியில் கலந்து  கொள்வார்கள் .
