Sub:- Union subjects for the monthly meeting to be held on 19.08.14  -reg.

The following new subjects may kindly be taken for discussion in the above monthly meeting.

1.      Request to supply Dining table to Gents Dining Hall at Palayankottai H.O.

2.      Request to order an eligible casual laborer  to officiate in the vacancy of Pharmacist at Postal Dispensary instead of a retired official who has crossed the age of 65 officiating now.

3.      Request to issue orders for posting of Treasurers for which volunteers have already been called for.

4.      Request to post a Supervisor at Accounts Branch , Tirunelveli H.O or to post a qualified Accountant at this branch.

5.      Request to withdraw the  discilipinary  action against the officials who have participated in demonstration  at R.O/ on 10.01.2014.

6.      Request to grant  S.B allowance to Kadayam S.O.

7.      Request to fill up the vacant post of P.A at Tisaynavilai S.O.

8.      Request to supply Table and chairs to ladies dining hall at Palayankottai H.O.

9.      Request to post one P.A at Vallioor S.O.

10.  Request to supply UPS batteries to Sankarnagar,V.K. Puram and Alwarkurichi S.Os.

11.  Request to post one P.A at Ambasamudram S.O.

12.  Request to downgrade Nalumukku S.O into a Branch Post Office.
