I submit the following for the delay in payment of honorarium amount to the A/cs branch staffs for the fixation of pay and arrears of drawl pay and allowance even though the directorate had issued orders vide letter no.42-01/2008-PAP dt 21-12-2009. The communication does not appear to have been received at divisional level.
Hence It is requested to kindly arrange to communicate the orders so as to enable the A/cs branch to prepare honorarium bill for early sanction.
