Sub:     New subjects to be discussed in the monthly Union meeting to be held on 28.07.2016 –reg.

Sir,

The following new subjects may kindly be included for discussion in the above meeting.

1.         Request to depute one P.A to Viravanallur S.O since there is acute shortage of P.As.

2.         Request to depute one P.A to Potttalpudur S.O .

3.         Request to supply  3 chairs to Vickramasingapuram S.O.

4.         Request to grant T.A to the officials who are deputed from Cheranmahadevi S.O to Melaseval S.O since distance between the above offices is more than 8 Kms.

5.         Request to supply black sealing wax to all S.Os.

6.         Request to replace UPS and Battery at Palayankottai High Grounds S.O.

7.         Request to supply one laser Printer to Palayankottai High Grounds S.O.

8.         Request tosupply  4 chairs to Manur S.O since all chairs are in worst condition.

9          Request to maintain P.A staff strength as 1 + 2 at all times at Vadakkankulam S.O., as the volume of work is increased by day to day.

10.       Request to depute one senior P.A as SPM, Idayankudi S.O since a P.A having less than 2 years service is working as SPM, Idayankudi.

11.       Request to repair the Gents dining table at Palayankottai H.O.

12.       Request to conduct the DPC for promotions to MACP since 7^th C.P.C orders are to be issued shortly

13.       Request to grant CEA without further delay c/o Solomon Jeevaraj, PA, Ambasamudram H.O.

1.04.04.2004 இல் நடைபெற்ற தபால்காரர் தேர்வில் வெற்றிபெற்ற ஊழியர்களுக்கு தேர்வு ஆண்டை கணக்கில் கொண்டு அவர்களுக்கு பழயை பென்ஷன்  அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும் .
2.மேளா என்ற பெயரில் தபால்காரர்களை தேவையில்லாமல் அலைக்கழிக்கும் போக்கை உபகோட்டங்கள் நிறுத்த அறிவுறுத்த வேண்டும் .
3.தாலுகா தலைநகரமான ராதாபுரத்தில் தபால்காரர் வேலைப்பளுவை புதிதாக கணக்கீட்டு புதிய  பதவிகள் வழங்க வேண்டும் .
4. தச்சநல்லூர் SO வில் குறைக்கப்பட்ட GDSMD பதவியை திரும்ப வழங்கவேண்டும் . 
5.KTC நகர்  டெலிவரி  அலுவலக பரிந்துரையை விரைந்து மண்டல அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பிடவேண்டும் .
