BI-MONTHLY MEETING WITH PMG, SR ON 26.09.12

Sub: Bi-monthly meeting with the PMG, SR - items to be taken up – Reg.
…..
The following items are proposed to be taken up for discussions with the PMG, SR during the ensuing bi-monthly meeting. The same may kindly be entertained.

1. Request to return back the P.A.s deputed to R.O. in order to meet the acute shortage of staff at Divisions. More than 15 P.A.s from Madurai Division, and many P.A.s from Ramnad/Dindigul Divisions are currently on deputation at R.O. During our first meeting with the PMG, SR , it was assured that all deputationist will be sent back in a phased manner. Operative side is facing with good number of retirements every month and un- normed business item of works RPLI works in addition.

2. Request to grant immunity transfer to the Divisional Secretary, Tirunelveli and Divisional Treasurer, Dindigul of AIPEU Gr.C union, as per para (ii) of the Dte. letter No.69/52/72-SPB I dt. 23.3.73 and as per Dte. No.69/18/70-SPB I dt. 7.12.70.

3. Request for supply of systems/ upgrade the systems /providing with LCD monitors/printers/UPS to major Delivery S.O.s and all HOs as in the case of Central Region, since many of them lasts their life period.

The following office bearers will be attending the meeting. Necessary arrangements may kindly be made, so as to grant special CL/ relief to them.

2. Sri. K. Narayanan, Regional Secretary & PRI(P), Tallakulam HO 625 002.
