Sub: Monthly meeting subjects –reg

The following subjects may pl be taken up with the ensuing monthly meeting.

1.Request for  replacing one monitor at Manur SO.

2.Request for re-directing generator to Vijayanarayanam Naval Base S.O since the power shutdown frequently.

3.Request to arrange user ID SOL change ( while deputing official) at DO level as the SOL change done at Cpc Chennai getting delayed and SB transactions are badly held up.

4.Request to arrange uninterrupted NSP-1 at Idayangudi and Idinthakarai S.O.

5.Request to supply of sufficient quantity and quality A-4 size paper.

6.Request to supply of 2 system for back office use at Palayankottai HO.

7.Request for repairing two printers at Palayankotai HO.

8.Request to post one PA to to cheranmahadevi to manage the shortage of staff.

9.Request to call for for the post of treasurey ,Pettai S.O.

10. Request for replacing UPS Batteries at Palayancottai H.o

11. Request for early release of MACP 1 and MACP 2 List in all Caders.

12.Request to grant of RFQ allowance .( Spm Agasthiyarpatti)

13.Request to supply of purify water to Manjolai S.O

14.. . Request to intimate the current status of proposal of dowmgrading Nalumukku SO to BO

1.மகாராஜநகர் அஞ்சலகத்தில் Latrine மற்றும்  Bathroom  சீர் செய்திட வேண்டும்

2.MACP 1 & 2  பதவி உயர்வு குறிப்பிட்ட கால கெடுவிற்குள் வழங்கிட வேண்டும்

3.தபால் மருத்துவமனையில் பணியாற்றும்  Dresser மற்றும் AMN ஊழியர்களுக்கு சீருடை வழங்கிட வேண்டும் 

.

4.திருநெல்வேலி HO வில் உள்ள   தபால்காரர் ஓய்வறையில் உள்ள Wash basin மாற்றப்பட வேண்டும் .
