The following subjects may please
be taken up with monthly meeting for discussion.
1. Request to fill up all vacant posts
of VKPuram SO & Ambasamudram
Area in phased manner.
2. Request to grant eligible compensation since all the staff is working in CBS offices
beyond the working hours due to inaccessibility of finacle software frequently.
3. Request to supply sufficient quantity of pay-in-slips and RBT
Registered Bag labels to all SOs and HOs.
4. Request to supply A4 paper to all the CBS offices
periodically since all the reports are to be taken in CBS offices in A4 sheets.
5. Request to provide an exhauster pipe to the generator at
Ambalavanapuram SO and Vickramasingappuram SO
6. Request to grant eligible TA for Deputation.

7. Request to utilize one outsider Driver in the
existing Driver vacancy in our Division.
8. Request to provide one dining room

augmentation of PA staff at Perumalpuram SO and
Maharajanagar SO

Attachment of one additional P. A to Gangaikondan S.O and augmentation of Staff (P.A) to the office –reg.

Request to depute/attach one PA to Pottalpudur S.O.
13. Supply
of two bed-sheets to MMS Drivers rest room ,Palayamkottai.
