NFPE TIRUNELVELI

அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே ! தோழியர்களே ! வணக்கம் .

                                                நமது கோட்ட சங்கத்தின் புத்தாண்டு டைரி 15 ஆண்டுகளாக தொடர்ந்து வெளியிட்டுவருகிறோம் .தொடர்ந்து நீங்கள் தரும் ஆதரவிற்கும் உற்சாகத்திற்கும் நன்றியை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம் ..250 க்குமேல் அஞ்சல் மூன்று உறுப்பினர்கள் 115 க்கு மேல் அஞ்சல் நான்கின் உறுப்பினர்கள் என மீண்டும் அதே வலிமையோடும் பொலிவோடும் நெல்லை NFPE மிளிர்கிறது .இந்தாண்டு RULE 38 கீழ் வந்த 9 ஊழியர்களும் நமது NFPE உறுப்பினர்கள் என்பது கூடுதல் பெருமை ..இந்த புத்தாண்டிலும் புதிய உறுப்பினர்களை எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம் ..வரவேற்க காத்திருக்கிறோம் ......

                                            மாதாந்திர பேட்டி 

நமது கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் அவர்களுடனான மாதாந்திர பேட்டி இன்று நண்பகல் 12 மணிக்கு அஞ்சல் மூன்றிற்கும் பிற்பகல் 2 மணிக்கு அஞ்சல் நான்கிற்கும் நடைபெறுகிறது .

*தீபாவளி பண்டிகைக்காக விண்ணப்பிக்கபட்ட FESTIVEL PACKAGE பாளையம்கோட்டை தலைமை அஞ்சலகத்தில் மட்டும் இன்னும் கிடைக்கவில்லை ..அடுத்த பண்டிகையும் நெருங்குகிறது ...நிர்வாகம் இதில் போர்க்கால நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம் 

இந்த  மாத மாதாந்திர பேட்டியில் அஞ்சல் மூன்று விவாதிக்கவிருக்கும் பிரச்சினைகள்

              The following subjects may kindly be included for discussion during the monthly meeting

1.Request to extend the vehicle shed of Palauamkottai HO as it is not sufficient to accommodate all vehicles of the staff

2.Request to draw HRA for the TimeScale PA who was posted in the LSG SPM post of Samugarengapuram as he was posted in the interest of service

3.Request filling up of Treasurer ,Tirunelveli HO for which volunteers have already called for by the DO

4.Request to set right the table drawers of APM SB I&II  Palayamkottai and provision of lock and key for needy branche

5.It is requested to accord permission to hire Genset for Palayamkottai HO during power failure as the approved 65 KV Genset is yet to be supplied

6.Request to attach one PA to Tiaiyanvilai SO and Vallioor  Sos

7.Request to fil up the vacant Accountant HSGII post of Tirunelveli HO by posting eligible LSG Accountant

8.Request to make arrangement for civil work in front of Tirunelveli HO as  all the drainage water are passing in side the HO during rainy season

9.Request to engage mail peon for outstation DMMS schedules.

10. Reconsideration of starting place from vPalayamkottai HO instead of Tirunelveli RM during Covid -19 Period for DA Calclation

11.Request body building for the recently purchased Eicher mailvanand provision of garage for it

12.Request to make provision at Palayamkottai HO to handover MMS vehicle key after duty hour
