Sub : Immunity transfer C/o.Shri.Jacobraj – Divisional Secretary, Tirunelveli & Shri.S.Sahayaraj Treasurer Dindigul Division.
This is immunity transfer to our union office bearers in TVL DN and DGL DN.
Kindly recall our discussion with our PMG on 15.02.13 by myself along with our circle secretary.
As of now at Tirunelveli there is only one branch and one divisional branch. The branch union is Ambasamuthiram Head Quartered at Ambasamuthiram and Divisional Union is Palayamkottai Head Quartered at Palayamkottai. After 2010 both Palayamkottai branch and Tirunelveli Divisional Branch were merged together and thereafter one Divisional Union with Head Quarters at Palayamkottai is functioning.
Though the request for immunity was considered by the then S.P. Tirunelveli the same was put on hold by R.O. Please find enclosed copy of the letter given by our circle secretary on the subject. Kindly consider the case and the SP may be instructed to consider their plea as per rules in force.
