     The following subjects may please be included in the monthly meeting.

1.     The offices which are receiving more than 400 eMos may please be supplied with laser printers, if it is not possible hired printers may please be arranged for the specific period.

2.      Request to early passing of TA bills.

3.      Request to provide one wash basin to Tirunelveli Town SO.

4.      Request for shifting of Mundradaippu SO to a better one.

5.      Request to sanction treasury allowance to Treasurer, Vannarapettai SO from the year Sep-2011 onwards.

6.      Request for volunteers called for the post of ATR, Palayankottai H.O., ( the post is going to vacant from 06-08-2013).

7.     Request to make alternate mail arrangement for Gandhi Nagar S.O. and M.S. University S.O.

8.     Request to consider long pending transfer cases.

9.     Request to grant treasury allowance C/O treasurer Kadayam SO.

10.                        Request to depute one technician to change over the oil in the Generator @  V.K. Puram SO.

11.                        Request to supply counter chairs to Kallidaikurichi SO.

12.                        Request to change server in Viravanallur SO.
