The following subjects may pl be taken up with the ensuing monthly meeting.

1.C- Off for Mms drivers as per previous orders may be continued.

2.Conformation orders for Sri.Balasubramanian Driver mms pl be issued shortly.

3.Lazer printers for the new migrated CBS offices may pl be supplied.

4.Please avoid frequent deputation from VKPuram.

5.Request to grant split duty allowance to Smt.P.Deviesakkiammal PA ASDHO.

6.Request to depute one PA to Viravanallur to manage acute staff shortage.

7.Request to change working hours of KadayamSO & Maruthakulam S.O.

8.Request to take action to keep the generator in a suitable place at Ambalavanapuram.
