Sub;-Monthly meeting subjects –reg.

 The following new subjects may kindly be included for discussion in the above meeting.

1.Request to supply of lazar printers to all needy offices.(eg)alredy requested for High grounds.

2.Request to supply of S type chair to SPM Melapalayam and PA Melapalayam

3.Request to delete the name of sri.Ganapathy PA Kalakadu,since he has not completed tenure.He has worked as  LRPA From 2013 to 2016

4.In the RT  Notification the following may be added/corrected

  (a) Maharajanagar PA Vacancies may be noted as Two  instead of OnePA.

 (b) At Thatchanallur SPM  post is vacant instead of PA

( c) APM (SB) TIRUNELVELI HO to be added.

5.Request to supply one small size cash counting machine to all SOs having more than two counters and one counting machine to two counters at All HOs.

6.Request to supply boards indicating non working of finacle at required time at SOs/HOs to the public place to avoid complaints.

7.Request to passing of pending T.A bills

8.Request to re-build the demolished gents toilet at Tirunelveli HO.

9.Request to issue ordersfor [posting of Tresurers since it is pending for a long time.

10.Request to train all PA s in CBS as per the postal training and policy.

11.Request to follow  uniform procedure in deputing PAs in our division
