D ear Comrade,,

Sub;-Allotment of funds for  passing of TA Bills pending at Tirunelveli Division.   –reg.

                                      I bring the following for kind notice and taking further action.

Now, in our division,  a number of TA Bills are pending for a long period for passing due to non allotment of funds by PMG, Madurai Region, Madurai.This division requires an amount of RS 15 lakhs for passing of pending TA Bills and Rs 2  lakhs for passing OTA Bills.Total of  Rs  17 lakhs is required for passing pending TA and OTA Bills. The allotment of funds under the heads has not been indented properly by the Sr. Supdt of Pos, Tirunelveli Division. Due to this mistake the funds under the heads are allotted very low by the Regional office.

It is requested to cause immediate action  to allot funds of Rs 17 lakhs under the above heads by C.O and R.O. .
