The following new subjects may kindly be included for discussion for the above meeting.

1. Request for sanction of eligible amount of L.T.C  c/oShri.Vijayakumar,PA,kalakad and 2 others.
2. Request for shifting of Maruthakulam PO building to alternate building offered by another land Lord.
3. Request for shifting of  Tirunelveli Town S.O to alternate building.
4. Request to replace wash basin of Ambasamudram H.O.
5. Request for providing of counter to Ambasamudram Angadi S.O.
6. Request to supply A4 sheets with refilling of toner to Cheranmadevi S,O.
7. Request to replace lever in the 80 col printer at Cheranmadevi S.O.
8. Replace of cartridge in the 132 col printer at Cheranmadevi S.O.
9. Request t repair the Generator at Mulaikaraipatti S.O.
10. Request  to repair the Generator at panagudi S.O.
11. Request to shift Samadanapuram S.O to alternate building.
