1.LSG புதியபட்டியலில் இடம் பெற்றிடும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு இடமாறுதல் கவுன்சிலிங் அடைப்படையில் பதவிஉயர்வு இடமாறுதல்களை அளித்திடவும் UNFILLED HSG II
பதவிகளை முன்கூட்டியே அடையாளம்காட்டிடவும் வேண்டி கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்திற்கு நமது கோட்ட சங்கம் சார்பாக கடிதம் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது .அதன் நகல் உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு தரப்பட்டுள்ளன .
2.காவிட 19 பாதிப்பிற்குள்ளானவர்கள் சிகிட்சை முடித்து QUARANTINE காலத்திற்கு அவர்களுக்கு அதற்கான சிறப்பு விடுப்பை விண்ணப்பிக்கவும் .
SR-1ல் Nature of leave என்னும் பகுதியில் WRIIL - Work Related Illness & Injury Leave என பூர்த்தி செய்யவும்.
CCS leave rules விதி எண்.44 படி இந்த விடுப்பை எடுக்க சட்டம் உள்ளது. கொரொனா தொற்று ஏற்பட காரணம் நாம் பணிக்கு வருவதே ஆகும். மற்றவர்களை போல் நாம் வீட்டில் இருந்தால் நமக்கு தொற்று ஏற்படும் வாய்ப்பு குறைவு. அரசாங்கம் உத்தரவிட்டதன் பேரில் தான் இந்த பெருந்தொற்று காலத்தில் நாம் பணிக்கு வந்து நோய் தொற்றுக்கு ஆளாகிறோம். ஆகையால் இந்த WRIIL விடுப்பு எடுக்க நமக்கு முழு உரிமை உண்டு.
எனவே கொரொனா சிகிச்சை காலம், சிகிச்சை முடிந்து quarantineல் இருந்த காலம் என அந்த முழு காலத்திற்கும் WRIIL விடுப்பை விண்ணப்பிக்கவும்.

Sub : Suggestions to fill up the vacant LSG Posts during implemention of Directorate order dated 05.12.2018.
The following suggestions are put forth for the kind consideration of the SSPOs.
Before implementing the orders of the Directorate dated 05.12.2018,
1. Notify the unfilled HSG II posts for the information of the eligible officials.
2. Based on that, willingness may please be called for from the eligible LSG officials.
3. After that, remaining vacant LSG posts may be notified and filled up.
4.
If feasible, the previous practice of conducting counselling to the officials
may please be considered.
