The following few lines are submitted for your kind consideration and issue of favourable orders please.
The ippb mobile supplied by our department was fully utilized for our official use only.
Whenever there was minor issues with the mobile, it was got settled by the DSM then and there.
Also I submit that I neither took the departmental mobile to home nor used it for my personal use.
Hence it is requested that the repairing cost of Rs.2850/- may please be borne by the department, as it is being done for other office system peripherals.
