அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே ! தோழியர்களே ! வணக்கம் .

                                 கொரானா கால  தடுப்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்புகள் குறித்து நமது கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் கடைபிடித்துவரும் நடைமுறைகள் மேலும்மேலும் தாமதத்தை தான் ஏற்படுத்திக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது .மொத்தமாக GEM மூலம் PU RCHASE செய்யப்பட்டு விரைவில் வழங்குவதாக வழக்கமான பதில்கள் ஏற்புடையதல்ல .அஞ்சலகங்களில் நமது சேவையை பயன்படுத்திவரும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் கூட்டம் கிஞ்சித்தும் குறையவில்லை .சமூக இடைவெளியும் கேள்விக்குறியாகிவிட்டது .பட்டுவாடாவிற்கு செல்லும் தபால்காரர்களும் GDS ஊழியர்களும் எந்தவித பாதுகாப்பு ஏற்பாடுகள் இன்றி சென்று வருகிறார்கள் .நிர்வாக அலுவலகங்களில் மட்டுமே வருகை பதிவுகள் இரண்டாக பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது .ஏனைய தலைமைஅஞ்சலகங்களில் அட்மின் பிரிவு இருந்தாலும் அதை நடைமுறைப்படுத்திட தலைமை அஞ்சலக அதிகாரிகளுக்கு நிர்வாகத்திடம் இருந்து தெளிவான உத்தரவுகளை வழங்கிடவில்லை . ஊழியர்கள் பாதுகாப்பு விசயத்தில் நிர்வாகம் விரைந்து நடவடிக்கை எடுத்திட வேண்டுகிறோம் .தவறும் பட்சத்தில் நேற்றே பல தோழர்கள் சொன்ன கருத்துக்களின் படி நாமே நமது ஊழியர்களுக்கு மாஸ்க் HANDWASH உள்ளிட்ட தேவைகளை பூர்த்திசெய்திட   தொழிற்சங்க நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளும் சூழல் வந்துள்ளது ..

Sir,

                   Subject :Supply of  sanitary items and  PPEs to all staff in the wake of covid 19 reg.

                    Ref       : SSPOs, Tvl Dn email  dtd 3.5.21.

                    It is obviously known that the Pandemic is more dreadful and its thirst for people lives shoots up every day in the most rapid phase. Even after witnessing menacing surge in the number of fresh cases, heavily crowded hospitals and frightening deaths in our district ,  the question raised in the above referred email  is felt to be much inhuman. 

                     Until those items are supplied by GEM, inevitably , it has to be arranged locally for its supply without any further delay as it is the necessity of the hour. Hope for standard orders by the SSPOs ,as a one time measure, on humanitarian grounds towards  the purchase of essential sanitary items to all offices ,  immediately without awaiting any untoward incidents among our staffs.
