1. Filling up of
vacant HSG II & HSG I posts on adhoc basis on regional basis – regarding
(i)
In specific circumstances in which strict
adherence to the procedure as enjoined in Rule 50(1) and (2) of Postal Manual
Vol. IV may not be practicable and desirable from the administrative point of
view, the competent authority may at his discretion make acting arrangements
according to administrative requirements, vide DG’s letter no.
137-64/2010-SPB.II Dated 28th July, 2011. According to this discretionary clause also,
the PMG may kindly consider filling up of the above vacant posts on adhoc and
temporary basis.
It is further learnt that in all the divisions the vacant HSG II
& I posts are being managed by the staff locally without calling for the
volunteers among the division for the period of less than 4 months and by the
RO for the periods beyond 4 months. Even some temporary PAs are being posted to
manage the posts under the local arrangements.
நமது கோட்டத்திலும் இரண்டுமுறை விருப்பமனுக்கள் கோரப்பட்டு பிறகு கிடப்பிலே போடப்பட்டுவிட்டது .மீண்டும் கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்தை வலியுறுத்தி HSG II & HSG I பதவிகளை ADHOC முறையில் நிரப்பிட வலியுறுத்துவோம் .இதுகுறித்து CPMG அலுவலகம் 16.02.2017 அன்று LOCAL ARRANGEMENT எவ்வாறு நிரப்புவது என்று அனைத்து மண்டலங்களுக்கும் தாக்கீது அனுப்பியுள்ளது .OFFICIATING பார்க்க விருப்பமுள்ள மூத்த தோழர்கள் /தோழியர்கள் இந்தவாய்ப்பு பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கும் .இரண்டாவது TA BILL சம்பந்தப்பட்டது

சுழல் மாறுதல் /RULE 38 வந்தவர்களுக்கான மாறுதல்களுக்கான கமிட்டி நமது கோட்டத்தில் 10.05.2019 அன்று நடைபெறுகிறது .கமிட்டியின் தலைவராக நமது SSP அவர்களும் ஒரு உறுப்பினராக கன்னியாகுமரி SSP அவர்களும் மற்றொரு உறுப்பினராக ASP(HOS) அவர்களும் இருப்பார்கள் .அண்டை கோட்டங்களில் எல்லாம் RT வெளிவந்துள்ளநிலையில் நமது கோட்ட தோழர்களின் ஆர்வம் கூடுதலாக இருப்பது இயற்கைதானே !
