                  இன்று 20.08.2019 அன்று நடைபெறும் மாதாந்திர பேட்டியில் நமது NFPE சார்பாக எடுக்கப்பட்ட பிரச்சினைகள் உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு தரப்பட்டுள்ளன .

Sir,

            Sub:    Subjects for monthly meeting -reg

              The following subjects may kindly be includedfor discussion during the monthly meeting.

1      Request to cancel the instructions ordering the staff work on sundays at Palayamkottai HO
2          Request to fill up the vacant posts of PA Mundradaippu ,Terku Karunkulam and Vadakankulam in the mean time it is requested to attach one PAs to these offices on temporary basis  
3          Request to fill up the vacant OA &Accountant posts of DO based on the willingness submitted.
4          Request to  change the MMS schedule and request augmentation of MTS/GDS posts to accompany mails sent through Vans
5      Request to  take early action to procure new MMS van in lieu of condenned one
6      Request to  redeploy a GDS posts to CPC Tirunelveli HO to work regular basis.
7      Request to  set right the faulty beareaus and provide locking facility
8      Request to  replacement of UPS Batteries of CPC Tirunelveli
9      Request to  take up the case with RO level to fill up the Wireman and electrician posts of Tirunelveli Division
10   Request to  disburse minimum wage to GDS as per rules who entrusted with IQ duty at Palayamkottai HO
11   Request to permit to follow the pre-revised timing at MPCM counter Tirunelveli HO
13   Request to send A4 papers and thermal paper for RICT device without indent by fixing a norms
14   It is seen that the systems are not properly working at Kulavanigarpuram SO further it is reported that some BSNL lines are damaged.
15   Early shifting of Kulavanigarpuram PO buildimg to a better one.
16       Request to fill up the vacant Treasurer /Asst Treasurer posts which volunteers were called already
17   Request to dequatreise Nalumukku S.O and Manjolai S.O. both the quarter's are unfit for occupation.During winter and rainy season the roof is in leaky condition and all the side walls are in wet condition. Hence presently stayal in this building is unsafe.
18   Request settle the rent issue of V.K .Puram  S.O. cycle shed which is pending in a months together.
19   Request supply Passbook printer to Kilaambr S.O..The existing printer is not in working condition and it was supplied during the year of 2009 and it is in unserviceable condition.

20   Request to set right the discrepancies reported in the Divisional Gradation List issued as on 01.07.2018.  c/o Smt S.Rajalakshmi PA Palayamkottai

                                                           Pending Subjects
1.      Request to fill up the vacant 11 HSG-II posts and 1 HSG-I posts on temporary basis by calling volunteers among the eligible PAs as per the instructions issued by the Circle Office.
2.        Request to set right the discrepancies reported in the Divisional Gradation List issued as on 01.07.2018.  For Example : Seniority is seen changed in the Confirmation order dated 19.07.2018.

3.    Request early posting of officials promoted to LSG in the recent orders approved.

4..    Request early disposal of the representations of the officials made in connection with discrepancies in their seniority.

6.      Request to allot a room for female staff for recreation/rest room purpose as the existing room is being utilised for BPC.  Further, majority of the staff are ladies and required amenities may please be done.

7.      Request grant/issue of MACP orders to the eligible officials for the current period.

8.      Request preparation of MDW for the general branch and SB branch of Tirunelveli HO with due consultation with the officials working in a fair manner.

9.      Request to fill up the vacant HSG-I posts on temporary basis by calling for volunteers.

10. It is requsted to provide hands on deputation for atleast 10 days each for every month to clear the pending works

a.      Mundradaippu
b.      Vadakankulam
c.      TerkuKarungulam

11. After RD Decentralisation, an additional hand was provided to Maharaja Nagar.  It is requested to permanently provide one PA to Maharaja Nagar SO to cope up the heavy work load.

12. It is requested to issue suitable instruction to Postmasters, Tirunelveli HO/Palayamkottai HO to rotate the officials working in General branches once in a year as per the extant instructions.
13.     Request to set right the discrepancies reported in the Divisional Gradation List issued as on 01.07.2018.  For Example : Seniority is seen changed in the Confirmation order dated 19.07.2018.
14.    Request to set right the discrepancies n the Divisional LRPA List issued on 10.05.2019
15  Request preparation of MDW for general &SB Branch of Tirunelveli HO
16.  It is requested to refund deducted for the LTC availed by the officials for J&K  based on the audit observations.
