அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே !
ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை ஆதார் பணிசெய்ய நமது கோட்ட நிர்வாகமும் கூட இன்றுவரை எழுத்துப்பூர்வமான கடிதத்தை பாளையம்கோட்டை போஸ்ட்மாஸ்டர் அவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கவில்லை என்பது இப்பொழுதான் தெரிகிறது ..சாதாரணமாக ஒரு வாய்மொழி உத்தரவை நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்தால் அதனை ஊர்ஜிதம் படுத்திட உடனே எழுத்துபூர்வமான உத்தரவை நிர்வாகம் கொடுத்திடவேண்டும் என்பது நமது இலாகா விதி .
ஆனால் இன்று இந்த விஷயத்தில் இலாகா விதி மிதி ....மிதி ..என நிர்வாகத்தால் மிதிக்கப்டுகின்றது ஊழியர்களின் நிம்மதி நசுக்கப்படுகின்றது .ஆகவே தொடரும் நம் முயற்சிகளுக்கு உங்கள் ஆதரவை தர வேண்டுகிறோம் .இதோ நமது கோட்ட சங்கத்தின் அடுத்த கடிதம்

violation of rules and procedures by the DivisionalAdministration of

In continuation of this Association’s letters under reference, we further
point out the following to take corrective measures.
1.
It is seen
that no orders/instructions have been received from R.O, Madurai / C.O Chennai
to have the Aadhaar Enrolment / updation during Sundays. Our request to give a copy of the same, if
any, to represent to the Regional/Circle Administration was not heeded by the
SSP, Tirunelveli Division.
2.
Further, it is
seen that even after a lapse of three weeks of implementation, no written
instruction was issued to the Postmaster, Palayankottai HO to do
enrolment/updation on all Sundays but he was told orally by the SSP,
Tirunelveli Division which is against the departmental rules and procedures.
3.
Similarly, there
only 5 officials having the biometric authentication and hence working on
Sundays sacrificing their family/social responsibilities is against human right
/ natural justice.
4.
Rule 2(iii) of
CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964 provides that the direction of official superior
shall be in writing;where the issue
of oral directionbecomes unavoidable, the official superior shall confirm it in
writing immediatelythereafter. But, it
is regret to mention that the SSP who is the authority to ensure implementation
of the said rules, he himself has violated and set a bad precedence.
5.
Hence, this
association urges the SSP, Tirunelveli Division to withdraw the so-called oral
orders immediately and restore peace.
