Sub: Subjects for monthly meeting   to be held on 31.02.2017--reg

 

The following new subjects may kindly be included for discussion during the monthly meeting.

 

1 Request to depute one PA  to Tisaiyanvilai SO immediately since 3 PAS are short due to vacant-1 leave -1 and long deputation-1  

2 .Request to order  officiating arrangement in the post of accountant Palayankottai HO immediately till posting of regular accountant in the RT  2017.

 

3.Request to maintain uniform working hours at Manur SO since MPCM counter starts to work at 0800AM but the SB counter starts to work from 0900AM.The above working hours is not suitable for rural area and invites complaint from public.

 

4.Request to Sanction for revisied increment for bunching of stages in the revisied pay structure under

CC S Revised Pay  Rule16 C/O  K.S. SHYAM  spm Tvlmerku and Smt Loganayagi Pa Manur. Which are pending at DO Tvl

.

5.Request to restore the order the conveyance the mails received at New Bus Stand from Tuticorin to TVL RMS may kindly be conveyed by Tirunelveli RMS.

 

6.One Driver MMS  is vacant for a long  period. It s difficult now to run the mail vans with the existing drivers causing heavy work load to the drivers, The vacant post may be filled up by engaging out sider drivers

 7,Request to grant advance of TA to the drivers MMS who are running in the sivagiri schedule

 

8 Request to depute one  PA TO Pottalpudur SO  immediately.

 

9.Request to supply  chairs for Pottalpudur

 

10.Request to supply one computer table to Pappagudi SO

 

11.Request to supply one chair to Manimuthar Project.

12. Request to supply one Passbook Printer to Kadayam SO

 

13.Request to provide basic amenities like toilet etc at manimuthar Project SO since the building is in worst condition,also a lady official is working here
