The following subjects may please be included for discussion during the monthly meeting.

1.      Request to issue of officiating orders c/o Sri N.Kannan who was officiating as Postmaster, Palayankottai for the purpose of drawl of HRA for the period from 05.10.2014 to 28.02.2017.

2.      Request posting of one qualified Accountant on deputation basis at Accounts Branch of Tirunelveli HO since the present Accountant has also performing the duties of APM(A/Cs) which is vacant for past 3 years.

3.      Request to provide outgoing facility for the land line phone of CPC, Tirunelveli HO.

4.      Request attachment of one additional hand to Tirunelveli South SO in consequent shifting of Tirunelveli Town to new building as the work load is manifold increased due to the transactions performed by the residents of Tirunelveli Town.

5.      Request to take action to post one lady Medical Officer at Postal Dispensary which is a justified one as per the revised norms.

6.      Request to take action to extend the generator connection to Work Place Training Centre, Palayankottai HO

7.      Request provision of proper and needy equipments to Work Place Training Centre, Palayankottai HO since our staff have to for some other places to attend AADHAAR Online examination.

8.      Request drawal of arrears of allowances to the substitutes worked in Postal Dispensary as per 7^th CPC recommendations.

9.      Request supply of two counters for Nanguneri.

10.      Request to give reply on the action taken for this union’s letters addressed to the SSPOs., as detailed below as no reply is so far received which is creating resentment among the staff.
