            Sub:- Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for selection of                Postal Assistant from the GDS staff-Conducting coaching /                      contact class for the candidates appearing the above                              examination-seeking provision of accommodation for                                  conducting the above classes-requesting of-reg  

       

      The Divisional Administration is well aware that the Department is          going to conduct Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for selection    of  Postal  Assistant from among  the GDS staff.

          In Tirunelveli Division,  our Divisional Union  has decided to  conduct coaching / contact classes for the  eligible candidates appearing the above   examination during evening hours from 16.00 Hours to 20.00 hours  on working days.

                   It would be very helpful, if an accommodation is provided either  at      Palayankottai HO or at PSD Tirunelveli premises, so that the  classes could   be  conducted from 17.06.2019 to 12.07.2019.  

                   As such, the issue may kindly considered in the interest of our staffs .
