நெல்லை அஞ்சல் கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்திற்கு ஒரு வேண்டுகோள் !
    கடந்த மார்ச் இறுதிவரை நமது கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் நிர்ணயித்த இலக்குகளை அடைவதற்கு நமது கோட்ட ஊழியர்களின் பங்கு மகத்தானது .நமது SSP அவர்கள் மேடையில் அடிக்கடி சொல்லி பெருமைப்படும் விஷயம் நமது கோட்டம் பல பிரிவுகளில் மாநில /மண்டல அளவில் முதன்மையான இடத்தை பிடித்திருப்பதுதான் .அதெற்கெல்லாம் காரணம் ஊழியர்கள் தாங்கள் விரும்பும் பகுதிகளில் பணியாற்றிட கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் கொடுத்திட்டு வாய்ப்புகளும் ஒரு காரணம் .இந்த அடிப்படையில் பல தோழியர்கள் தங்களது மகப்பேறு கால விடுப்பை முடித்துவிட்டு தங்கள் இல்லத்திற்கு அருகாமையில் உள்ள அலுவலகங்களில் ATTACHED/DEPUTATION என்ற பெயரில் பணியாற்றி வந்ததையும் -பல தோழர்கள் நெடுந்தூரம் பயணித்து பணியிடங்களுக்கு செல்வதைவிட பணி தூரம் பாதி குறைந்தாலே போதுமென்று சில இடங்களிலும் -சில போஸ்ட்மாஸ்டர் களின் துன்புறுத்தலில் இருந்து விலகி சிலர் வேறு இடம் விரும்பி கேட்டு பணியாற்றிவருவதும் கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் ஊழியர்களுக்கு செய்திட்ட பேருதவி என்பதனை நாங்கள் நன்றியோடு நினைத்து பார்க்கிறோம் .இந்த சூழ்நிலையில் 31.03.2018 மாலை ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட 6 தோழர்களின் டெபுடேஷன் உத்தரவை கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் ரத்து செய்திருப்பது ஊழியர்களுக்கு பெரும் அதிர்ச்சியையும் பாதிப்பையும் கொடுத்திருக்கிறது .கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் எங்கள் கோட்ட சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று ரத்து செய்யப்பட்ட உத்தரவை மறு பரிசீலனை செய்து 6 ஊழியர்களையும் அதே இடத்தில பணியாற்றிட அனுமதிக்குமாறு கேட்டு கொள்கிறோம் .

            Sub:    Termination of temporary arrangement orders – reg

            Ref:    D.O e-mail dated 31.03.2018

            SSPOs., Tirunelveli Division was kind enough to accommodate the officials with personal reasons/medical grounds in the offices of their choice by deputing them without TA/TP.  But to our dismay, these officials are directed to join to their original offices all of a sudden which creates unexplained apathy to them and their families as elaborated below:

1.      Smt. S. Kanagarajeswari, PA, Palayankottai HO is now working at Tisayanvilai through which she is feeding her family at Tisayanvilai and Smt. S. Swarnavidhya, PA, Tisayanvilai SO is now working at Palayankottai HO felt very helpful to take care her two small children ageing 6 and 3.  This arrangement has no adverse effect on both the staff and administration till the meeting of Transfer and Posting Committee.  But termination of this arrangement causes abrupt disturbance to their day-to-day life which requires sympathetic re-consideration.

2.      Shri. V. Kannan, PA, Nanguneri SO who is the native of Kovilpatti was deputed to Gangaikondan without TA and in turn the PA Shri. Vadivelmalai was deputed to Tirunelveli HO. Shri. M. Namachivayam, PA, Tirunelveli HO was deputed to Manur to manage the shortage of the office.  In these orders, Shri. V. Kannan and Shri. Vadivelmalai are benefitted and they are grateful to the SSPOs., for his human approach.  Shri. M. Namachivayam, PA though native of Tirunelveli was willing to go for deputation to Manur when we requested to provide additional hand (as the SPM HSG-II is the vacant and cannot be filled up regularly) due to the torture of the Postmaster, Tirunelveli HO as he was the whistle blower in the FSC misappropriation case.  Moreover, around 2000 accounts have been opened at Manur SO under the orders of the SSPOs., and they worked day and night.  Now, relieving one official from Manur SO will cause high pendency of work as more than 1200 pass books have to be written and AOFs have to be filled up with account/nomination number and KYCs have to be despatched.

All these temporary arrangements have no adverse effect as nobody is willing for Tisayanvilai, Gangaikondan and Manur SOs.  Hence, we request the SSPOs., to re-consider the orders issued vide e-mail under reference and allow the above said officials as it is for which this union and the officials concerned will be grateful to the SSPOs., Tirunelveli Division.
