அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே !தோழியர்களே !
கடைசியாக 01.11.2019 அன்று மாநில நிர்வாகத்தால் வெளியிடப்பட்ட LSG பதவி உயர்வு பட்டியல் இறுதியாக 04.12.2019 அன்று நமது மண்டல அலுவலகத்தால் கோட்ட அலுவலகத்திற்கு வந்தது .இதில் 9 தோழர்கள் கோவில்பட்டி கோட்டத்திற்கும் 3 தோழர்கள் தூத்துக்குடி கோட்டத்திற்கும் நமது கோட்டத்தில் இடமின்மையால் மறு ஒதுக்கீடு பெற்றுள்ளனர் .மீதமுள்ள 22 ஊழியர்களுக்கு நமது கோட்டத்தில் பதவிஉயர்வு &இடமாறுதல் வழங்கிட நமது கோரிக்கைகளான CALL FOR பண்ணும் பொழுது VACANCY முழுமையாக தெரிவிக்கவேண்டும் யாருக்கும் முன்பதிவு செய்யக்கூடாது மேலும் பழைய காலங்களைப்போல கவுன்சிலிங் முறையில் வாய்ப்பு கொடுக்கப்பட்டால் அதிகப்படியான ஊழியர்கள் LSG பதவி உயர்வை ஏற்பார்கள் என்பதனை வலியுறுத்தி நமது கோட்ட சங்கம் சார்பாக நமது கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்திற்கு கடிதம் அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது ..சென்ற முறையும் களக்காடு LSG PA VACANT என அறிவிக்க மறுத்த நிர்வாகம் இறுதியாக நமது மாநிலச்சங்க முயற்சியால் மண்டல நிர்வாகம் மூலம் கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் போட்ட உத்தரவை கோட்டநிர்வாகத்தாலே ரத்துசெய்யவைத்தோம் .இப்பொழுதும் எங்கள் நிலை பழைய LSG ஊழியர்களுக்கு வாய்ப்பளிக்க விரும்பினால் கோட்டம் முழுவதும் வேறு LSG ஊழியர்கள் இடமாறுதல் கேட்டு விரும்பினால் அவர்களின் விருப்பமனுவையும் சேர்த்து பரிசீலிக்க கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் முயற்சி எடுத்திருக்கவேண்டும் .இந்த பட்டியலில் தான் அதிகப்படியான ஊழியர்கள் MACP II பதவியுயர்விற்காக காத்திருப்பவர்கள்என்பதனையும் கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் கணக்கில் கொள்ளவேண்டும் . இது தான் வெளிப்படையான நிர்வாகம் .பாரபட்சமற்ற நிர்வாகம் எல்லோருக்கும் பொதுவான நிர்வாகம்.
எல்லாரும் எல்லாமும் பெற வேண்டும் - இங்கு

Sub:- Request for filling up of Posts in LSG Cadre-preference to the Officials promoted under LSG Scheme- reg.

Ref:-Memo.No. :-STA/80-7/LSG/C.R/MA dt.04.12.2019 of PMG Southern Region, Madurai.

A kind reference is invited to the Regional Office Memo. cited.

As per the Memo. cited , 34 Officials in P.A. cadre from Tirunelveli Division have been promoted to LSG cadre. Out of which, nine officials have been allotted to Kovilpatti and three officials for Tuticorin Division. Remaining 22 Officials have to be posted in the existing vacant posts in Tirunlevelli Division.

At this juncture, it is kindly requested that filling up of the post may kindly be considered to be posted by getting options from the officials concerned or conducting counseling from among the officials to be promoted, as done in the past, keeping the wider interest of the officials under consideration.

Further, this Divisional Union is constrained to bring the notice of Divisional Administration about the proposal sent by SSPos, Tirunleveli Division to Regional Office for filling up of the some post without completing tenure .

It is a very sorry state of affair, that the above said officials proposed to be transferred on promotion, . if implemented , it will be an injustice to the other officials and purely it is

Discrimination and it shows the whimsical play by the Divisional Administration.

Therefore, it is kindly requested that all the Posts keeping vacant in LSG cadre may be brought under Vacant List, willingness is called for and then filled as done in the past. And avoid trade union action in this issue.
