நமது கோட்டத்தில் எழுத்தராக பதவிஉயர்வு பெற்ற தோழர்களில் கிட்டத்தட்ட 35 ஊழியர்க்ளுக்கு மேல் இன்றளவும் INDUCTION பயிற்சிஅளிக்கவில்லை .இதனால் எழுத்தராக பதவி ஏற்றும் அவர்களின் சேவையை முழுமையாக பயன்படுத்திட முடியவில்லை .ஆகவே அவர்களுக்கு விரைந்து PA INDUCTION பயிற்சிகளை கொடுத்திட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கக்கோரி கோட்டநிர்வாகத்திற்கும் நமது மாநிலச்சங்கத்திற்கும் நாம் எழுதிய கடிதம்

Sir,
Sub : Request to take action to utilise the newly promoted PA in a full-fledged manner - reg.
We wish to bring to your kind notice that around 35 newly promoted PAs from GDS/Postman cadre are kept idle on the ground that the officials cannot be used for financial counters/works without imparting training. Though such high number of PAs are available work load at all levels are not reduced on the other hand.
In this regard, we request the SSPOs to take action to
1. Impart training in the WCTC to all the officials as an interim measure or
2. No. of seats for online training may be increased.
We would request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that the newly promoted PAs are optimally utilised.
