அஞ்சல் வாரியம் அறிவிக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு லாகின் நாளும் அதையொட்டி கோட்ட அளவில் அரங்கேறும் அச்சுறுத்தல்களும் ---
கடந்த சிலநாட்களாக நமது கோட்ட அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து நமது SPM தோழர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு விளக்க கடிதங்கள் கேட்கப்பட்டுவருகின்றன .குறிப்பாக 22.07.2021 தேதியை மையமாக வைத்துக்கொண்டு அன்றைய தினம் உங்கள் அலுவலகங்களில் ஆதார் ஏன் எடுக்கவில்லை என்றும் அதற்கான விளக்கத்தை ஓரிருநாட்களில் அளிக்கவேண்டும் என்றும் ஊழியர்களை அச்சுறுத்தும் போக்குகள் நடைபெற்றுவருகின்றன .அதில் பல அலுவலகங்கள் B கிளாஸ் ஆக இருந்தாலும் ஒருவர் மட்டுமே பணியாற்றிவருக்கிறார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது .நமது CPMG அலுவலக 26.06.2018 தேதியிட்ட கடிதத்தில் B கிளாஸ் அலுவகத்தில் தனி நபர் மட்டும் பணியாற்றினால் என்னசெய்யவேண்டும் என மிக அருமையாக அறிவுறுத்த பட்டுள்ளது .அதேபோல் விளக்கம் கேட்ட ஊழியர்களில் சிலருக்கு ஆதார் சேவைக்கான ID இல்லை சிலருக்கு ஆபரேட்டர் மட்டுமே உள்ளது .ஆக இவைகளை குறித்து சிறிதும் கவலைப்படாமல் பொத்தாம் பொதுவாக விளக்கங்களை கேட்டிருப்பது ஊழியர்கள் மத்தியில் கடும் கோபத்தையும் கொந்தளிப்பையும் ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது .நமது ஊழியர்களின் உணர்வினை ஏற்று நமது கோட்ட சங்கம் சார்பாக நமது புதிய SSP அவர்களுக்கு இன்று விரிவான கடிதம் கொடுக்கவுள்ளோம் .அதன் நகல் உங்கள் பார்வைக்கும் தரப்பட்டுள்ளது .நாடு கொரானா மூன்றாம் அலையினை குறித்தும் டெல்டா தாக்குதலை குறித்தும் பெரும் பீதியில் இருக்கும் நேரத்தில் நமது அஞ்சல் ஒவ்வொரு வெள்ளிக்கிழமையும் ஒவ்வொரு மெகா லாகின் நடத்த அழைத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது ..ஆகவே தோழர்கள் அச்சமின்றியும் மன உளைச்சலும் இன்றி பணியாற்றிட கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் தனது நிலைப்பாட்டினை மாற்றிக்கொள்ளவேண்டும் என நாங்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம் .இயக்குனரகத்தின் இந்த புதிய தாக்குதல்களை நமது மாநில சங்கத்தின் மூலம் அகிலஇந்திய சங்கத்தின் கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டுசெல்வோம் ..

Sub:- Memorandum on burning issues of Tirunelveli Division - reg
This union put forth the following towards the functioning of Adhar and CSC Centres at all POs . Here it is discussed purely with an intention to carry out the instructions from the Administration more effectively without pushing down the employees under stress and mental agony.
Aggrieved officials have approached this Union citing that Explanation letters were issued to many officials who have not performed Adhar operations on a particular day . Notices have been issued without analyzing the ground difficulties and reasons behind it. For example
1., The B Class offices like Ravanasamudram SO , Papanasam Mills SO and Pottalpudur SO were managed Singled handedly on that day.
2.Adhar Operative IDs are available for none at Kilambur SO.
3.At Mulaikaraipatti SO, on that particular day , SPM was on leave and the PA was officiating as SPM in addition while the other PA has not completed Induction Training.
4.Only operator ID was available with Mukkudal SPM.
5.Some officials reported that it was not able to do
Adhar transactions because of non
–syncronisation
Whereas Adhar operations are being carried out in a steady manner at all other offices wherever feasible and such centres may be identified and well equipped so that such offices may be able to manage the transactions which are expected from the offices where there is no such feasibility. At the outset the Divisional Administration must also understand that our officials are risking their lives in obeying the orders of Administration. On one hand, instructions are being issued to curtail the expenditure allotted in the Budget allotment by the apex authorities, on the other hand stringent instructions are being thrown on the officials to achieve the targets
Instructions are also being received towards
CSC operations at all offices. This
union is much happy and invites this scheme which paves ample scope for rendering variety of services
to the public. But it is disheartened that our faculties are not yet provided
proper training and awareness about the
services covered under this scheme. Training so far imparted have not drawn a
clear picture too. Even the type of services which can be rendered under this
platform is not clearly defined. While
around 90 services are announced to be provided under CSC only four or five
types of services can be done across counters. This was also reiterated in the
recent online CSC workshop given by RO.
Also sufficient infrastructure and advertisement is
also not yet provided. It is pertinent
to mention here that CSC operations can be carried out only if the Speed of
Network is good and so many single handed offices find it difficult to complete
a transaction as they are not even able to sign in and it happens sometimes at
HOs and HSG / LSG offices too. Since the public is not aware of such services being rendered here, we do
have only little customers who approach us. Hence Administration should be open
minded to understand the actual ground
position and come out with shrewd planning towards proper implementation of
this scheme among staff and public.
With a hope that the above problems will be settled by the Divisional Administration to avoid industrial unrest.
