            Sub:    Subjects for monthly meeting -reg

              The following subjects may kindly be included for discussion during the monthly meeting.

1.Supply of four monitors to Tirunelveli HO.

2. Supply of Cash counting machine to Sankarnagar SO.

3.Considering the Request of LSG officials for transfers as there are so many vacancies are in and around  city area .

4.Early filling up of  the vacant post of ATR,  Palayamkottai HO.

5.Supply of 3 Steel cupboards for SB branch,  Palayamkottai HO.

6.Request  to  remind RO for the supply of 15 kv Genset immediately,  which was approved by RO quite Six months back.

7. Maintain minimal staff strength of Tisayanvilai as 1+4 .

8. Request  to reconsider the already sanctioned TA bill dtd 03.10.2019 of   sri .M .Asai Thambi PA Panagudi 

9.Request to modify the maximum minimum cash balance of Mukkudal and Agasthiyarpatti. S.O.s Since the present balance is not sufficient to manage the office.The statistics were already submitted by the SPMs.

10.Request to modify the present working hours of Ravanasamudram S.O  from 0900 to 1700  to 08.30 to 1630.

11.Request to fillup the vacant PA posts of the following offices

1.PA Papanasam Mills

2.LSGPA Kadayam

3.PA Ravanansamudram.

4.PA Munanjipatti

12.Request to fill up the vacant post of Accountant, Ambasamudram HO on deputation basis.

13. Request to resolve the network issues at Kavalkinaru.

14. Request to either repair or dequarterize the SPM's quarters of Samugarengapuram SO.

15. Permission to attend  online PA Induction training from their residences itself as the trainees attend the classes only through their mobiles since only one PC is available at WPCTC .

16. Request for the supply of one System and it's peripherals to the Counter 6 of Palayamkottai HO as it is already marked for condemnation .
