அக்கௌன்டன்ட் ,ME,சிஸ்டம் மேனேஜர் பதவிகளை தரம் உயர்த்த வேண்டும் 

இரண்டு வருட TENURE உள்ள காசாளர் பதவிகளை LSG ஆக்காதே !

இரண்டு வருடம் சேவை முடித்த அனைத்து HSG I பதவிகளையும் 4800 GP யில் தரம் உயர்த்து !

LSG மற்றும் HSG II பதவிகளை கோட்ட மட்ட பதவிகளாக அறிவிக்க வேண்டும் .

LSG TO HSG II  &HSG II TO HSG I பதவியுர்வுக்கான  கால இடைவெளியை மாற்றி 6 வருடத்தை 3 வருடமாக மாற்றி அமை 

பதவி உயர்வை மறுக்கும் ஊழியர்களின் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று கொள்ளவேண்டும் 

பதவி உயர்வுக்கான VERY GOOD பெஞ்சு மார்க்கை நீக்க வேண்டும் 

கமலேஷ் சந்திரா கமிட்டி அடிப்படையில் சூப்பர்வைசர் தேவையை கருத்தில் கொண்டு அனைத்து சி கிளாஸ் அலுவலகத்தை B கிளாஸ் அலுவலகமாக மாற்று 

பதவி உயர்வினால் கொடுக்கப்படும் இடமாறுதல்களில் மகளிர் ஊழியர்களின் விருப்பங்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுத்து இடமாறுதல் வழங்க வேண்டும் .

இந்த மாற்றங்களை ஏற்று அமுல்படுத்தும் வரை கேடெர் சீரமைப்பை நிறுத்திவைக்க வேண்டும் .

Dear Comrades,

Today (17.03.2017) Com. R. N. Parashar, Secretary General, NFPE and Com. M. Krishnan, Secretary General, Confederation & Ex-Secretary General, NFPE & Shri. D. Theagarajan, Secretary General, FNPO met Shri B. V. Sudhakar Secretary, Department of Posts and submitted a detailed letter explaining the issues arising out of implementation of Cadre Restructuring proposals of Postal Group ‘C’ with the suggestions of the staff side to mitigate the grievances of the staff and held discussion with him. The Staff side requested the Secretary, Department of Posts to keep the implementation of Cadre Restructuring proposal in abeyance till the issues raised by the staff side are sorted out amicably. Secretary (Posts) assured positive consideration. As Secretary (Posts) was busy today, detailed discussions will be held later.
